![]() Creating PDF FilesThere are several methods which you can use to convert your files. You can find more detailed tutorials with screenshots in the documentation that comes with the software.
Converting to Image FilesYes, MyPDFCreator also allows you to convert all your documents (including PDF Files) to the most popular & widelyused image formats as well! Supported formats: PNG, JPG/JPEG, BMP, PCX, TIFF, PS and EPS Just follow one of the above 3 methods like you would normally do, but when it finally comes to choosing where you want to save your converted PDF File, you simply select one of the image formats instead of "PDF". Doc/Word to PDF![]() Xls/Excel to PDFConverting Excel works the same as converting most documents and is pretty simple and easy as well: simply right click your Excel file and choose "Create PDF File(s)..". Click on Save, and you're done!Ppt/Powerpoint to PDFAgain, you can simply convert your Powerpoint files by right clicking them and choosing "Create PDF File(s)". You can modify and change the lay-out and the way your slides will be displayed in your PDF File by opening your original document in Powerpoint. Now simply choose to Print the presentation (usually File->Print), and you'll be able to modify the lay-out settings. Simply choose MyPDFCreator from the printer dropdown list, click on OK, and your PDF File will look the same as if you would have printed the slideshow on a real printer.Images to PDFSimply open up your image file with your default program (Windows viewer, Paint, Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop,etc.) Print the image like you would normally do (File->Print), and select MyPDFCreator from the printer dropdown list. Click OK and the MyPDFCreator Save window pops-up.Jpeg/jpg to PDFOpen up your Jpg/Jpeg file with your default program (Windows viewer, Paint, Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop,etc.). Now to choose to print the image like you would normally do (File->Print), and select MyPDFCreator from the printer dropdown list. Click OK and the MyPDFCreator Save window will pop-up. Click on Save and you're done!PDF to jpg/jpegOpen up your PDF File with Acrobat Reader and select File->Print. Select MyPDFCreator from the printer dropdown list, click OK and the MyPDFCreator Save window will pop-up. Just click on save and you'll be asked where you want to safe your file. Simply choose JPG/Jpeg instead of "PDF" from the dropdown list on the bottom of the window,and click on Save. That's it! Merge/Combine Documents![]() Back to Top |
